CONDITIONS OF HIRE
Hire rates are based on a 24 hour period being 1 day and one week as being 7 consecutive days. Hire rates will be charged for weekends and bank holidays unless off hired by the hirer.
Customers must call our hire office to advise of all hires requiring collection by our own transport. Equipment will remain on hire until we are notified, once notified the hirer stills remains responsible for the equipment until collected by us (Willsher plant hire).
A deposit will be required from all customers who do not have a trade account with us. We also require two forms of identification for all customers, showing full name and current address (passport not acceptable). The deposit may be payed by cash or cheque. Deposits are returned when the goods are returned undamaged and all charges are paid in full.
All breakdowns and punctures are chargeable unless proved to be through a fault of the equipment and not a fault of the hirer.
We are always happy to receive applications from new customers please contact us for an application form. We require payment to be received by us strictly 30 days from invoice.
A delivery and collection service is available at an additional cost, you can find out charges for this service using our colour map at the back of this booklet.
Cleaning of equipment may be chargeable if returned excessively dirty.
We supply all of our equipment with a full tank of fuel, if returned to us with a full tank of fuel no charge will be incurred. All fuel used is chargeable.
It is the responsibility of the hirer to make sure they have all the relevant insurance in place for the equipment they have on hire
